You can transfer in your second year to a univ that offers Architecture. Usually these programs are competitive. Hence they will require the SAT and a "portfolio" of your work. For example, the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee has a great program in architecture.

Many universities have already released the notification and closed the admission process . If you are from AP then there is a possibility of doing B.Arch from JNTU. In any case i'll get back to you after i get complete details from other universities. All the best.
