If you are interested in technology, engineering, research then MTech, if administration, marketing, project management, operations then MBA. You will get a good career with a degree which suits your interests, skills, aptitude, personality. Select accordingly.

if your technical skills are good then go with M. tech other wise you go with MBA if your manegment skills are good

You cannot compare M.Tech and MBA since both have different applications and scope. M.Tech is for application based engineering and research whereas MBA is for administration,management etc. Since you are an engineering student, I would recommend you to continue in that direction by doing M.Tech. Al
