Hello Sir, I've completed B.Tech Chemical with 6.95 CGPA. Am I eligible for PSU jobs?

As per my clg rules those who secured lesthan 7CGPA is considerd as SecondDivision. CGPA to Percentage Conversion is (CGPA*10=Percentage) I got 6.95 CGPA which is equivalent to 69.50 percent. In most of Institutes those who got >60 percentage is considered as 1st Division. Am i eligible for PSU jobs

The eligibility criteria to apply for a PSU job is minimum 65% hence you are eligible to apply for all the PSU jobs.
