Hello Sir, I want to know which one is better Mtech in Industrial Engg in 'NIT Raipur' OR 'M.S.Ramaiah' B'lore OR 'NIT Kurukshetra'?

I have completed BE (I&P) with score of 76.3%. I have written GATE and got score of 391.

Dear Gangadhar You didn't mention whether you belong to General, OBC, SC or ST. Check the NIT Kurukshetra GATE cutoff score for M.Tech 2013 here http://engistan.com/nit-kurukshetra-gate-cutoff-score-for-m-tech-2013/
