if ur score is good and sop is approved then if u do best in ms u may get consession don't think like a fool

My VTU aggregate is 74.02% in Mechanical Engg , Gre- 160 quant, 133 verbal.
3,4 certificates on internships, few ppt certificates. What chance do i hold to get into RWTH?
