    Yes, you can pursue but you need to fulfill the mentioned eligibility Criteria is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

    A two year program embedded with master thesis provides thorough knowledge of cutting-edge techniques in theoretical and applied economics
    You can specialize in any of the following:
    DEVELOPMENT ECONOMICS
    FINANCIAL ECONOMETRICS
    INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICS
    The eligibility criteria (Qualifying Exam) is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
    There are few exceptions too !
    5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants
    10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports

    Yes, you can purse post graduation in Economics .
    On inquiring from the counsellors, I came to know that LPU offers M.Sc (H) Economics which is four semester programme which is embedded with master thesis provides thorough knowledge of cutting-edge techniques in theoretical and applied economics.
    I came to know that the student must be Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent in order to take admission in such an esteemed university.
    Counsellors further highlighted that the students get the following additional input apart from the core courses:
