Go for the third round of counselling. For sure, you will get CSE too.

Depending on the last year's rank allotment, there is a chance for getting a seat in the campus for ECE only if you belong to any one of SC/ST/BC-A/BC-E castes as EAMCET seat allotment depends on your caste.
Well, this is only a prediction but give a try by prioritising the college in your options list even you are not from one of the above castes.
