Hello sir/mam ,I have recently completed my +2 in Bipc and got 20000 rank in long term . I m confused now on my future career . Please help.

I am 2012 bipc passed out with 90% but achieved poor rank in long term ie 20000 . So where should I look forward for my bright future . Some of the future plans I have in my mind are :- 1)MBBS in china or Russia(but i m girl and cost are the cons) 2)AGBSC(rank out of range) 3)CA 4)BSC comp
