Hello Sir/Mam, I'm currently doing B.Tech and just came in 3rd year. Can I apply to abroad universities as transfer student?

Hi Shivang, Normally in India - you can change your college/university in 3rd year only on medical or transfer grounds. Otherwise colleges can be changed only in the first year itself, through internal sliding between the colleges. Very few International Universities accept any transfer students. Se
