You have to complete your HSC and graduation, and then you can do MBA in HR.

    Dear Jyoti,
If you have decided to be an HR manager, you can go for an MBA in HR.

If you want to grow your career in HR then you should choose B.com or arts in class 12th and further can go for BBA and MBA in HR. Also you can pursue some certificate course in labour laws which will help you in your career growth. Otherwise MBA in HR from good B-School and knowledge of Labour laws is sufficient. The knowledge of compensation Management will also help you in cracking the interviews. You can go with MBA as higher education.
