hello sir. what is better? 1 year MS from UK or 2 year MS from USA? I am inclined towards Master's in UK. Can u pls tell me the diffrence?

Sir, I am having a experience of 3 years in i.t and now planning for MS.but I am confused between U.S and CANADA in terms of job opportunities and permanent settlement(P.R).Please let me knw the bst option and the test required for the same.
