Hello team, I am planning to do overseas studies in law. I have already done my B.A. LL.B. LL. M. and at present doing Ph.D. in law.

There are some countries like England and Ireland where you have to clear their bar exam and on passing you can practice in that country. Even in USA in New York after completing an LL. M. and clearing their Bar exam they permit aliens to practice. The way forward would be to pursue an LL. M. abroad
