Hello there, i've completed BE in automobile engg. through VTU. I want to pursue MS in the automotive engg. domain. Which is the best place for the same.. US, UK or GERMANY? I'm also bothered about racism in these places.. Please help me out. thank you...

All the above mentioned countries are highly famous for the automotive engineering you may apply anywhere as per your interest however Germany is one of the favourite countries to study automobile/ automotive engineering as German automobile industry is world's best.
