i m just pass 2nd sem in B.com and want to shift jabalpur RDVV university mp. can i continue from 3rd sem

Migrating from one University to another will not be possible as you can migrate from one college to another under the same University.
However to get the exact details, request you to get in touch with the respective authorities.
