Hi, I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs. Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to keep a track of IT companies and also regularly make individual efforts so as not to loose in the end. Well there are good number of IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Cisco, HCL, Satyam and many more that take students for training process. I would also advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization in order to secure confirmed placement with the same organization.
