    Hi,
Make a decision keeping in mind your interest, strengths and career goals.
If you aim for a career in Networking, Database Administration, Programming or Software, then pick M.C.A else go for CA profession if you inclined for auditing, taxation and accounting.
As for PhD, you can pick the same and get into academics. Also you may look forward to non-academic careers- explore higher positions in your domain (private and public sector).
PhD in Commerce or Finance can help you explore areas such as research, ministry of affairs, etc.
