After B.Sc Biotechnology, other than M.Sc, you may join courses such as :
-PGD in Biotechnology
-PGD in Clinical Research
-Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology
-Integrated PhD courses
You may even opt for short-term courses :
-Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology.
-Advanced Post Gradua
