Help required for GRE dates. Kindly specify the details when to take the test if i want to be admitted by dec 2014 or jan 2015.

I am pursuing 7th sem mech engg ( 76.9% till now) in csvtu. Not registered for GRE yet. want to go for ms in fluid dynamics or energy conservation. 8th sem ends in june 2014 and they'll take time for transcript. when should i 1. register 2. take the test 3. apply for universities 4.start semester ?
