Hey am discontinued my B.E mech, in 4th year lik to finish it., if it is less fee or ready to do b.sc but I have to continue from 1st year

Naturally, you have to do B.Sc from first year and there is no other privilege. So, you'd better complete your B.Tech and that is easier for you than beginning all over.
