software course depend on your qualification , if you are interested in programming ten you can learn any programing language like PHP , Dot net or java , today dot net or PHP in good demand

If you are civil or mechanical engineering then prefer Autocad or project management s/w PRISM. If you are BSc then S/w in Databases or core programming may be helpful. So select s/w according to your background, interest and future plans.
