Before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
For your reference find below some of the finest study destination to pursue masters degree:

You can do MS from abroad in one year , and if you do it from USA or UK then your expenses for fees is about 8 lakh for one year and 35000 for living , food , transportation expenditure
