hey i am amrit doing my 2 ( non-med) feeling depressed % tensed about my studies or what would happen or how would i do in my competitions

what shall i do ... till now i see myself no where... kindly please help me how to utilise time .., how to plan ,,, how to study... whch papers i should fill up cz i m moving here & there aimlessly .. please HELP !!!!!!

Amrit Becoming anxious when you appearing in competitions is very normal thing. Practice as much possible . Concentrate on your strong areas . As for weak areas take help of teachers and practice . Plan how you are going to prepare. Take one topic at a time. You don't need to lose your sleep on that
