hi, you can go for GNIIT course from some good NIIT center nearby you , it is a 3 year diploma course. It is quite similar to BCA modules but you will get practical and real knowledge of the same. Moreover you can also try in BPO's, first you will have to start with simple Outbound/Inbound process
