Hi,
You need to apply to Pharmacy council of India approved colleges for D.Pharmacy
Yes, you are eligible for B.Pharmacy after completing D. Pharmacy
for details including approved list of institutes, please visit pci.nic.in

No, you have to clear your 12th with physics, chemistry and biology.

Hi,
In order to pursue B.Pharmacy, a candidate should have qualified 10+2 (Med/ Non- Med) examination from a recognized board, or Lateral Entry to 2nd year for students who have passed D. Pharmacy with at least 50% marks from a Recognized Institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
