hey i got 71 percentile in mat 2015, bcom i've got 61% 2nd pu i got 81% 10th i got 75% . do i have a chance if i apply?

As of college policy cutoffs are not revealed, but at this percentile chances are next to impossible, your MAT score is very less and therefore chances of getting shortlisted is less
