see, if you pursue a degree in your domain of interest , its always good and fruitful. the career prospects in HR are also very good. you can get opportunities in consulting side like Hewitt or may be corporate HR like adobe etc. just try getting a good college for the same, may be XLRI, TISS, SCMHR
