Yes there is always difference between regular and distance degree , i suggest you to go for Master degree by regular mode

May be, compensate it by joining additional accounting courses like tally, etc. Try to acquire experience, application and skilll before trying for better opportunities.

No. Do your studies properly. Learn your subject. Then go for M Com of MBA for a good career. Try to do masters full time so as to benefit for teach-student interaction.
