Dear Akshay I think you want to join the field of management so its good for you to give the entrance of BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration) and after BBA you can go for MBA with specialization in Marketing.
Because to grab that post you always have to perform awesome.

U can do BBA,BCOM,BMS,BBM anything but atlast after graduation u should go for MBA if u really want to become a good manager with higher salary.
