Hey I've done diploma (polytechnic) will I get direct 2nd year admission?as diploma students get direct admission in 2nd year.

Yes, you can. The eligibility criteria for direct admission in 2nd year of B.Tech Civil Engineering is given below:
Eligibility criteria : Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.
Last date for submission of duly filled online application for Admission Round at MIT-WPU web portal : 6th July 2020 (Monday).

Yes, you are eligible for admission directly in second year in the respective branch. In some of the colleges, eligibility criteria depends upon your percentage.
