I have done bcom and now i dont wanna leave my job and also wanna persue mba from best institute in delhi ,with weekends classes

Hi Sachin
if you are interested for PRO / CR / Ops or even BPO, best option would be to go for Executive masters as your work experience can give you relevancy of its own.
International sales is also a wonderful option for you if you are good in communication.

If doing job in BPO Sector is not mandatory then go ahead for full time MBA Programme.
