    Hi Ashu,
To be able to write the Civil Services, the minimum requirement is a graduate degree from a recognized university and it is advised that you should take up coaching from a good institute with a bright past record.
You may kindly refer to the following link to know about these coaching institutes:

For bring an IAS you need to sit for the UPSC exam (Prelims, then Mains and then Interview) and for this you need to be a graduate first. So I suggest you first complete your B.Tech and then give yourself one year for preparation for UPSC exam.

    Hi,
As you are in your final year, you can start preparing for IAS. There are two stages that you need to clear- preliminary exam and main exam. In order to prepare for IAS the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age group is 21-30yrs.
For self study you can start with reading newspapers and books related to current affairs and Gk, if you want you can refer to Manorama Year book which is one good book for GK and current affairs.
    All the Best!
