hey nw i ve given my 10th board exams. and i want to go for iit. so how should i go about it.? and what will be pattern for me in 2014?

i dont know wht to do?? m a bit confused ABT jee and neet. some say that there is no jee. and everyone has to appear for neet sooo tell me which is correct and for which exam i should appear?? neet or jee and wht r both of these.??? and in which year??

You should start preparing for IIT JEE which is the only entrance exam. NEET is the medical (and not engineering) entrance exam. You can take it next year as last dates for this year are already past.
