Hi Rohit,
No need to quit your job to do MBA, you can do your MBA through distance learning or Correspondence. Few good institutes for that can be IMT, Symbiosys, Amity, many more you can check the below link

Hi Rohit,
As you want to pursue MBA through correspondence i would suggest you to go for IMT or Symbiosis as the MBA program provided by them is really good.
