Yes You Can Change your College in 2nd Counselling in I.P University. Else Whats Your College Name?????

Distance is not considered a reason for change in college. If you have not accepted the offer in 1st counseling and if the offer is not a comulssory offer then you can try to change it to other possible alternatives, with a risk that you may loose this offer and you may get a worse offer than curren
