Pavan....For a start, I misunderstood bcom for Bachelore of Commerce. Then after many attempts, I understood that you actually meant 'become'. For heaven's sake, please take my advice. Pavan, you can complete your B.Tech. with flying colours and prepare for a prelims of IAS Exams. There are many training institutions available all over india. You can choose a subject relevant to your degree and focus.
