    Yes. Its possible, you can go for post graduation or MBA in Mass-Comm. some university allows to take admission to master degree regardless of your stream in graduation. If you want i can suggest you some colleges in Mumbai & Pune. give thumps-up if you like the answer.

    Yes you can go for MJMC or MA mass comm.after your B.Tech as your B.Tech is graduate degree only and eligibility for admission to MJMC and MA mass comm.is graduation.
    Go for good universities like Lovely Professional University, University of Pune, Sharda, Chitkara etc. Check their websites for more details.
