Well the chances to go for the final year directly after a gap of 8 long years seems gloom yet you may contact your university where in you were enrolled for this particular course 8 years ago and only if the university offers such provision it is possible other wise you will have to enro

Yes, if you do it from same university and if the same university has relaxed maximum years to be complete the degree
As a second option, you can submit your syllabus of that time to Annamalai University and University of Madras
You have to prove that 75% syllabus of these university and your univ
