    Hi,
If you being offered some good placement then you pick the same else go for higher studies as it would give you a cutting edge in the competitive market.
Most of the colleges offer PG Diploma in Advertising & PR. But you can consider M.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from School of Broadcasting & Communication.
Also you may try for MBA in Media Management. After successfully completion, you can seek employment in sectors such as radio, print journalism, publishing, public relations, research, advertising and television.
Feel free to revert. In case it resolves, appraise by liking it or marking as best.
    Good Luck.

    Hi Dikshita,
I can totally understand your concern and would request Shrey Mathur to share his views.
As for my advice, I would suggest you to go for an internship in a good production house or an AD agency to gain necessary and much needed industry experience and afterwards you can apply for a PG in Advertising.
In Mumbai you can apply for XIC and outside Mumbai, you can try for SIMC, MICA, IIMC etc. For the list of more institutes, refer to the below link

(Simply copy paste the url in the address bar)
In the above link you can refine your search on the basis of your city preference
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks
