Hi all I wanna do my M.S in Microelectronics in CANADA, which are the best universities i can opt for, i have an Engineering Aggregate of 62% but with a subject(backlog or arrear) yet to write on AUG 31st and i am yet to write GRE and TOEFL as well and by when should i be ready with all my marks cards,as i know i should be ready by now, but i just want to know by maximum of what month i should be ready.
