Dear Nikhil,
Please visit the websites of the following Govt. of India Institutes(these are better due to very low fees compared to private ones), and for the validity of their certificates in India and abroad.
NSIC, C-Dac, Nielit, DOEACC ETC., and get back for any clarifications. OK?
