hi,am a MBA graduate with 5 years of experience in financial industry,now am planning to take an oppurtunity in the hospitality industry. will they match the compensation and what is ur opinion on this?kindly advice

hi...it depends what have you done till now in BFSI sector. If you were in Corporate sales then you stand a very good chance in hospitality industry..etc. If your skill set matches as per their requirement i see no reason why you should not get competitive compensation.All the best !!
