Hi Shobhit,
As you already are a BBA graduate and holding a good Position currently so the best option for you would be a part time MBA. The Institutes which you may consider in Maharashtra are: Mumbai University, Welingkar, NMIMS, Symbiosis, Pune University, S.P.Jain etc.

You can also opt for EMBA programme after getting few years of work experience through a full time Institute like IIMs , even if you have to take a sabbatical of one year, as that would also be fruitful for your career...more -
you can do MBA after BBA from ICFAI , SMU , IMT , if you can got work experience more than 3 year then you can do executive MBA from IIM, IIFT, FMS (NIIT Emperia) , ICFAI also gives you some placement if you have calober , they can give you a chance even for distance education
