Choose the specialization subject based on what kind of career you would like to be in and which field comes easily to you. You may take IT-Infrastructure or Operations or TQM. If you want a career in Marketing then you may take Marketing as your specialization subject.

u can go for MBA in biotech and HR to get jobs in related fields
