Akhilesh, I would suggest you to prepare for GRE, If you qualify it and secure excellent marks it would give you an opportunity to select college of great reputation in foreign.

dear aspirant, start preparing for GRE along with your final year. good ranking will enable you to take admissions in govt funded universities which are less cheaper as compare to private ones. good luck!
