Hi, as I am complete 10th+ Diploma+ Engineering, now I am interest to study BL at part time college, is it possible to study.

Yes, you can study law. You are eligible for 3year law, but it is not a part-time course. You can take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue to suit your needs. -
You can go for it. You have to attend regular classes for it. All the best.
