Hi bcz i have less than 50% in grad i have 2 options.PGDBM+MBA in jain college or PG in Thompson river university,canada.Which 1 be valueble

I have scored less than 50% in graduation and i have only these 2 options. Please help me in choosing will be more valueble as jain college is offering dual PGDBM (Marketing+finance) where as in canaga its pg in 1 specialization. Please i need decide urgently. Please help .
