No. IUP will not under pgcet , it is a fully management quota MBA program. You have to write MAT or PESSAT to get admission in PES IUP and the fees will be around 9lakh for whole course excluding AIR fares.

Then what kind of certification is given for pgcet students? And which university wil it count ?
