I have 13 years of total work exp. and 6.5 years in the filed of HR - Recruitment. I am a working professional and looking to add a PG degree to my resume + make it strong enough to be selected in good companies.

Please remember pursuing MBA through distance education is a better option as compared to online MBA.
Please remember pursuing MBA through distance education do have a value provided you pursue it from a well reputed and recognized institutes.

It is better to do a full time MBA/PGDM as institutes that offer such programs offer direct placements to students. But since you already have work experience you could go for an executive PGDM/MBA instead.
