Hi,Eng Done-2008 2yr work ex.I want to pursue Higher Study in Laser /Mechtronics or a good MBA program abroad. Which country should I apply?

BE in Manufacturing Sc & Eng. Currently working in a IT company. I would like to pursue my higher Studies. I have a lot of interest in Laser/Mechatronics. But not sure if this field is financially good WRT future. Need Guidance on which country I should apply in? I don want to go to USA
