Hi everyone, I have completed MCA am I eligible for Ph.D. or do I need to complete M.Tech also?

Hello Krishna, oh no. After completion of your MCA you are eligible to do your Ph.D. Of course these days, almost every university conducts entrance exam for registering students for doctoral research. You just need to pass this. That's all. Best wishes to you.
